Step 1 - Download and install app For Android and iOS users, download the file "eseenet". Step 2 - Adding Camera Once you’ve installed the App, click on “add camera” and enter the P2P ID of the camera.

![]() Preparing Wifi Camera for Use Step 1 - If your model comes with a separated Antenna, connect the Antenna of the Wifi Camera Step 2 - Connect the Wifi Camera to your Modem using a LAN Cable (DO NOT POWER UP THE CAMERA YET) Step 3 - Connect Power adaptor and turn on the Camera The Camera will now power up and conduct its diagnostics by panning side to side and up to down once. In the meantime, you can continue with step 4 to step 8. Setting up the Viewing Platform on your mobile device Step 4 - Install the 163yun Viewing App. The app can be downloaded (for free) from m1.163yun.cc (for Android Device) or App Store (for iOS Device; look for 163yun) Step 5 - Open the application on your mobile device. Step 6 - Choose “add camera” and select the “Scan ID” OR “Scan QR Code” option then place your device’s camera lens over the QR Code on the bottom of the Camera. Step 7 - When the "Camera-ID" or “DID” has been captured, click on “done”. Step 8 - Your camera is now configured with your mobile device Alternative Step 6-8 to Add Camera: Step 6B - Alternatively, if you’re on the same WIFI network on your mobile device as with the camera, click “Search” (should be the last option in the “Add Camera” menu). Step 7B - You should then see your camera in the list of available cameras. Select the camera that you want to install. Step 8B - Select “Done” and you’re good to continue with Step 9. Establishing the Wifi Network on your Camera to make it wirelessly operational Step 9 - Tap the “i” icon or “settings” icon next to your camera-name under the list of cameras in the mobile app Step 10 - Open “Wifi Setting” Step 11 - Choose your Wifi network Step 12 - Tap on “Done” The Camera will now reboot and conduct its diagnostics by panning side to side and up to down again. In the meantime, you can continue with step 13 to step 14. Step 13 - Remove the LAN cable from your Wifi Camera. Step 14 - Restart your mobile app and you should see the Wifi Camera “Online” after its diagnostic Troubleshooting: 1. If the status remains OFFLINE or DISCONNECTED after 10 minutes, redo steps 6 and 7. 2. If you see “Invalid ID” as the status on the mobile device, remove the camera from the list of cameras in the app and repeat steps “6 to 8”. Note: There have been occasions when the camera and mobile device have required several attempts at connecting and this is a result of back-end security authentication done by the camera in ascertaining the integrity of the viewing device. |
