Can this be used in all mailboxes in Singapore?
Yes , it fits all Mailboxes in Singapore.
How long does it take for the deinstallation and installation ?
With the proper tools, it should take you no longer than 15 minutes. To ease your burden, you can contact us for installation (around $20 to $25 for installation service).
I cannot seem to turn the lock when the password is 0-0-0. Is the lock faulty?
This is a common question we have received. When attempting to test the lock, please ensure you are not holding the metal strip. Instead, hold the shaft (with the screw thread) and then turn the circular knob - The pictures should help. If you're still uncertain, drop us a message to 91918619 for further assistance.
During installation, I realised that the metal strip hits the mailbox ledge. Can I modify the metal strip?
Yes, you can.
I am not able to set the password after installation. How can I rectify this?
When you set the password, you will need to hold the pin in the hole. If you are unable to set the password when the pin is inserted, it is highly likely that the hole is blocked by the current lock position. To rectify this, you will need to turn the lock to another position. Then try to use the key to press the hold again. To be sure, you would need to feel a 'spring' being depressed when the pin is inserted. Once you have that 'springy' feel, the password is ready for changing. But, when in doubt, contact us to help you with installation.
Can I refund if i found it does not fit?
We will be more than happy to assist you with a refund should you discover that the lock cannot fit in your mailbox. You may contact us via WhatsApp at 91918619 for assistance with returning and refunding or even troubleshooting.

Fibre Optic Cables
Is this compatible with my ISP (such as M1, Singnet, MyRepublic etc)?
Yes, if you're using this for a residential property (be it a Condo or Landed or Public Housing property), this cable is ideal for you. It is configured to work for all OpenNet Residential applications.
Is there a performance issue with longer cables as there are for LAN cables?
One of the benefits of using Optic Fibre, is that it's is dependent on data which a carried through Light (optic). This means that unless you use a cable which is over 100m long, the travelling duration (between the modem and router) will not fluctuate significantly.
The cable I bought comes with a flat tip and does not fit into the OpenNet terminal. Is it faulty?
No. You just need to remove the dust-cap. Once you do, you'll see a pointed tip which can then be inserted in the OpenNet Terminal on one end and the modem on the other end.
Can I expect the internet connection to be better with the armoured cable?
No. The performance in terms of internet access is not affected by the physical property on the exterior of the optic fibre strand.
What good is there in using an armoured cable?
The armoured fibre optic cable comes with a stainless steel mesh which protects the optic fibre strand from damage or easy separations. This is especially useful if you have pets which have a knack for chewing on your cables - believe me, we've served customers who face such issues. The armoured cables don't prevent the animals from damaging the cable, but it will take them longer and you have more time to plan to get a replacement while not losing internet bliss.
Can I run the cable around corners?
As a rule of thumb, we urge customers to not bend the cables too much. As a guage, we recommend using the arc of a 10-cent coin (for the armoured) and 50-cent coin (for the non-armoured cables). Bending it any smaller, may result in optic cable damage.
